Abacus and Sedunia Travel Ink Long-Term Business and Technology Partnership
Abacus today announced that Sedunia Travel Services, Malaysia's largest non-affiliated corporate travel agency, has signed a 6-year partnership with Abacus.
The Sedunia-Abacus partnership will see Sedunia’s continued adoption of Abacus PowerSuite, a powerful front-to-back financial solution that integrates the company’s information and processes while managing operational complexities. To mitigate travel risks, Sedunia is using Abacus TravelIntelligence to manage its supplier relationships, monitor policy compliance, and enhance its customer service. In addition, Sedunia is in the early phases of introducing Abacus Consulting Services to optimise its internal processes to achieve productivity gains and increase business efficiency.
“Sedunia has always taken a pioneering view of improving services for our customers to become Malaysia’s largest home-grown corporate travel agency,” says Mr. Loke Kar Chee, Director of Sedunia Travel Services. “Abacus has played an important role in reaching these goals as a long-term strategic partner, and the partnership is an extension of that trust and collaboration.”
“Sedunia has decades of success in the travel business and with the foresight of utilizing technology innovation, it has managed to keep improving its business operations and the customer experience,” says Abacus’ President and CEO Mr. Robert Bailey. “This is a great and successful partnership, and we look forward to supporting Sedunia for many more years.”
